4. Refund Conditions

• A full refund may be granted if the cancellation reason is found to be genuine and valid, as determined by Arogyam Institute.
• If services have already been partially utilized (including but not limited to access to study materials, online sessions, administrative processing, or course activation), the Institute reserves the right to:

• Deduct the cost of services already rendered
• Issue a partial refund at its sole discretion

• In the absence of a clear justification or valid reason, Arogyam Institute reserves the right to deny the refund request.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds may take up to 45 business days to process from the date of confirmation.

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment unless otherwise communicated.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
