- By enrolling with Arogyam Institute, you acknowledge and agree to the opportunity of selecting and enrolling in any of the courses offered.
- The package you select reflects the level of service you intend to receive. However, it is important to note that Arogyam Institute will provide services solely up to the amount specified in the invoice. The invoice amount shall represent the total sum received for the selected service. No signature is required for invoices generated by computer.
- All appointments at Arogyam Institute must be scheduled via telephone or through our website, subject to the availability of technicians and designated service windows. In the event that you have made an appointment and it has been missed, it will only be rescheduled to the next available time slot.
Consumer Account
- Arogyam Institute is committed to ensuring that each customer enjoys a pleasant and seamless experience. We do not accept responsibility for any incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.
- We encourage our customers to take full responsibility for their belongings. Should any items be reported missing following the use of our services, customers are requested to contact the Arogyam Institute Center within twenty-four (24) hours of the service request. In cases of lost or damaged items, Arogyam Institute will make every effort to locate them; however, we do not accept liability for their recovery.
Pricing
Pricing for goods and services is available on our website and is incorporated into these terms. All prices are stated in Indian Rupees and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Arogyam Institute without prior notice to customers.
Termination
- Arogyam Institute reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform or its services if it determines, at its sole discretion, that you have violated, abused, or improperly utilized any of these terms.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, these terms shall remain in effect indefinitely unless Arogyam Institute decides to amend them for a specific purpose.
- Arogyam Institute may remove any content or materials related to your use of the services if your access to the website or any service is terminated. Arogyam Institute will not be held liable to you or any third party for such actions.
- Any service or product you have ordered or utilized will remain your financial obligation.
