By enrolling, you confirm that you are voluntarily selecting a course or service package offered by Arogyam Institute.

• The package selected by you determines the scope and level of services to be provided.
• Arogyam Institute shall provide services strictly limited to the scope and value specified in the invoice issued to you.
• The invoice amount represents the total amount received for the selected service.
• Invoices generated electronically are valid and do not require a physical signature.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled through:

• Telephone communication
• WhatsApp chat
• The official website

• Appointments are subject to availability of trainers, technicians, or designated service windows.
• If an appointment is missed, it will be rescheduled only for the next available time slot.

4. Consumer Account & User Responsibility

Arogyam Institute strives to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience to all users. However, the Institute shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings while visiting or using our services.
• In case of missing educational documents, customers must notify the Institute within twenty-four (24) hours of the service.
• While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost documents, Arogyam Institute does not accept liability for recovery or compensation of lost or damaged belongings.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing for courses, goods, and services is displayed on our website and forms part of these Terms.
• All prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Arogyam Institute reserves the right to modify pricing at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Any service or product ordered remains the financial responsibility of the customer.

6. Termination of Access

• Arogyam Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any platform, course, or service if it determines that a user has violated or misused these Terms.
• These Terms shall remain in effect indefinitely unless modified or updated by Arogyam Institute.
• Upon termination, the Institute may remove or restrict access to any content, materials, or services associated with the user’s account.
• Arogyam Institute shall not be liable to the user or any third party for termination of access.

• Technical errors at your end
