1 You acknowledge and agree that signing up with Arogyam Institute will give You the option to select Nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda & Personal Grooming (Courses).
2 The package booked represents the level of service that the user intended. However, the company will only provide service up to the amount paid in relation to the invoice. The value of the invoice is solely the sum received.
3 No computer-generated invoices need to be signed. All appointments at Arogyam Institute must be scheduled either over the phone or online through our website/app, subject to the availability of technicians and service windows. If You have scheduled an appointment, Arogyam Institute will only be able to move the appointment to the next convenient time slot.
Consumer Account
1 Arogyam Institute aims to give each and every one of its customers a relaxing and faultless experience. Arogyam Institute is not responsible for incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages of any kind that may result from the use of the Services.
2 Arogyam Institute exhorts every one of its customers to fully accept responsibility for their possessions. The customer must contact Arogyam Institute Center within twenty-four (24) hours of the time the service was requested if any of their belongings are discovered to be missing after they have used the services. In the event of loss or damage to the items, Arogyam Institute will use “best efforts” to locate them but is not liable for doing so put back.
Pricing
Prices for goods and services are listed on our website and mobile application and are by reference incorporated into these terms. All prices are in Indian rupees and are liable to change at Arogyam Institute’s sole discretion without giving the customer prior notice.
Termination
1 If Arogyam Institute determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that You have violated, abused, or unethically or exploited any of these Terms, it may de-register You from its platform and/or terminate Your use of the Website/App or its Services.
